As soon as possible, then send them a certified letter to remove you from there mailling list and advise them not to contact you at your home by telephone. Then file a complaint with the BBB and then file a complaint with the fl. Atty. Generals office. Also look up all the information you can under the fair debt collection practices act (fdcpa) look up section 809 (a) you can look under fair debt collection.com to help fight these scam artists until enough people complain and these crooks get what they deserve
