Shady business - Billing / Customer Service

We rented a shed at 19211 Preston Rd, Dallas. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. HOWEVER - be sure you get them to sign you up to mail you a bill. We were told they don't mail bills, only late payment notices. Huh? You'll also have to pay the $10 late fee.
