I'm loving my Extra Space - Storage unit

After calling 4 other storage places we finally called the 800 #. I told the 800# I was going elsewhere because of price. With in 5 minutes of hanging up, Darlene from the actual B street location called me. She was so Friendly and really appreciated me even thinking to call her store. She told me she would "find a unit that met my needs because I deserved to be at her facility" I must say I was takin back. But had to accept her challenge. WOW!!! The store was clean and safe. Existing customers were happy. Yes we rented with Extra Space. Darlene knew what she had and sold us. And they have free customer appreciation that we can't wait to attend. It was the best customer service we've witnessed in a long time.
