I live in Brazil and my brother lives in Portland. He was coming to visit me. I decided to buy a net book from amazon to send to his house so he could bring it to me.
When it got here it was turning off by itself, so I contacted the amazon, explained what was going on and told them that in some months I would be in U. S so I could send it to them (I`ve been stolen twice sending things through post office). They said they understood and were going to wait for me to send it.
When I got in U. S they said they wouldn`t change it for me cause it was sold over a month earlier.
They could get it back refunding me less than what I paid for that. They also said if I chose the refund I could not quit or disagree with the amount they would give me and they would only decide the amount after getting the computer back.
And now I have another problem but with acer.
