Missing Breakfast Items Three Times and Slow Drive Thru

On three occasions in the last 30 days I have purchased a breakfast at one of your restaurants and had to return because something was left out. I did return to the restaurant and had the meal corrected but not on that day because I am disabled and have trouble getting there. I am almost always satisfied with the food but not the service at this particular restaurant. Today I tried to purchase a breakfast with coffee and could not because in the 15 minutes I waited not one vehicle was served. Two cars were waiting and everyone else were in line. Someone needs to see why this restaurant has so much trouble. I do use other McDonalds because of travel.
