Refuse to refund or exhange product and fail to inform me before checking out

I purchased a Color Hair Product from this Tower Beauty Supply place for my hair on 6-4/10. I wanted my Hair Stylist to put the product in my Hair, but she advised me not to after I had purchased it the day before / before my appointment/next day which was 6/5/10. I kept my receipt and did not damage the product. When I returned to the Tower Store, the cashier told me they donot take chemical merchandise back and donot refund or exchange. If I was told that when I checked out or if a sign was posted in the area while I was shopping/looking. I would have had second thoughts about purchasing any products and would have kept my money in my pocket. After this experience, I will from now on shop at Beauty Mart because they are more customer Friendly. I advised anyone not to Shop at the Tower Beauty especially if they are Business minded people. I refused to accept this type of treatment as a customer from this low class type of Business. This is the type of business we have to put up with in our neighbor hood and we accepts it. I refuse to do so.
