Charged my daughter 130 for hair extensions and refused to show the product before she paid. After paying the owner refused to refund the money. We are filing a formal complaint with the BBB!

My daughter entered the store a few days ago and was looking for hair extensions. She located the correct color and asked the owner to see the quantity of hair out of the box. She refused and reassured her it was correct.
My daughter purchased the hair and the owner put it in for her (She never left the store). To my daughters surprise the quantity wasnt enough. The owner told her she needed to purchase more to make it look complete. May i remind you its $130 each! My daughter does not have $260 to spend so she asked for a refund. The owner refused.
The owner then proceeded to throw the hair in the trash and raised her voice to my daughter. My wife then went to the store and asked for the refund as well. The owner refused. To their surprise the hair was no longer in the trash but BACK ON DISPLAY!!! She was going to resell the hair after refusing to refund the money and claiming she couldnt repackage it.
All i can say is Cassy's Beauty Evolution in Orange is a RIP OFF! Cassy's Beauty Evolution will definitely take your money and will smile while doing it!
