Nationwide Surplus Scam Artists that copied my website and claim they are legit but are fraud

Texan Surplus is a rip off company. Their city, location and address are all fake. If you look up their stated address you will realize that it belongs to Treasure City Thrift. Their website is a replica of my companys website. Their website does not have a phone number; they only provide email addresses without last names for all the contacts listed. They only provide first names because they are scam artists and are rip offs, one of which is my brother in law - Paul Marks and his son Barry Marks also known as Frank Marks. Also involved are his brother Joe Marks and his son Adam Marks. They have created a fake company and duplicate other peoples websites, pictures and inventory and their father is the one behind all this is Harry Marks. This family travels from coast to coast in and out of state buying scrap metal. They set appointments to facilities stating that they are going to buy a great deal of inventory, but really are only after scrap. That make you believe they are going to buy machinery and equipment, which is only to make the company believe they are going to spend a large sum of money. If you visit their website, www.texansurplus.com, you will find images of D&B, SO9000, ISO-14001 and Equipmatching - all copied from my website. They are not registered with any of these company links which they advertise as if they are. These companies are also suing Texan Surplus for false advertisement. They create such websites to look good. Anytime you do not see phone numbers, last names and addresses that do not match the company name, they probably are not stationary and they probably are not legit. They are a band of people that travel and rip you off. My name is Gino Parker and I represent Industrial Surplus Inc. My website is www.industrialsurplusworld.com and my phone number is 713-644-4011. When you compare websites (texansurplus.com and industrialsurplusworld.com) you will see how they have copied mine. I am going through a lawsuit with these people and this fake company, which a few months back have been listed under Nationwide Surplus and Worldwide Surplus. They are based out of Chicago, Illinois and own multiple properties but no one is supposed to know that. They have made all kinds of false allegations against my corporation and I on usacomplaints.com but can not back it up hence no full names or phone numbers or any contacts. Any legit complainer would provide a company name or some sort of contact information. If anyone is trying to find my company, I am stationary, legit and am not running or hiding like they are.
