Charged $54 for Overnight Connection After Daughter Cancelled Home Phone

I live in Huntsville AL. For 30 yrs. Move to VA in 2006 my daughters phone was in my name she had them taken out then lost her cell phone while I was restating her phone she was getting a cell phone this was in sept. Of 2009 the next day she cancelled the home phone they are charging me 54.00 for over night I get the nesty phone calls and she gets the letters she is not going to pay she does not have the money I am on foods medicare with an income of 681.00 a month so the collections not call anymore thank
