This is the first time I bought Loreal Mascara and I was very disappointed. The product was New Extra Volume Collagen Waterproof Mascara (L655-01/1169726). The product makes the following claims:
"Soft, luxurious bristles define and volumize all of your lashes for maximum volume, without any clumps".
Not true at all...
This mascara was extremely clumpy, and almost impossible to remove. Definately the worst mascara I have used.
