I won a tanzanite reing at the end of April & tried to make payment several times. After contactin Vineet, I advised I prefer paypal & he corrected the problem I was having making a payment that way. I paid for the ring & after emailing Vaneet several times to see about the ring being shipped, he made the first excuse that he was out of town & the item was supposed to ship 05/19. I have since asked several times for a tracking # which has not been provided & I have not received the ring. Now their website is not coming up after several attempts to log into my account.
