Tax refund

I got my taxes done february 17 there was a mistake on taxes and the irs send them rejects notice call jackson hewittand they never took care of the problem until i talk to them i am not happy with the out come the irs said i will get 1589 but jackson hewitt said i will get 1839 i fill that they did not care of this problem in a timely matter that never take care of this problem when it happen that them should have done this sooner i would of get my refund sooner now that the irs didnt get my taxes until may the 20 2010 now they said i will not get my refund for 12 weeks
