Scam, Did not ship Ring, mail order scam, tanzanite scam, tanzanite.com ripoff, jewelry scam, bogus jewelry

I ordered a $ 700 ring from www.Tanzanite.com, as the picture was very nice. I was concerned that the 5% discount they promise did not work, and that the website did not work properly during checkout. My order was placed and did not reflect my discount, so I tried to call the "customer service" number, and only received voice mail. So I used their online tool to cancel the order, and I received a cancelled order notification via email.

I wrote another email, asking for them to contact me as I still want the ring but I wanted to talk to someone, and never heard a word, I called for days, and they never pick up. Finially I was able to get a human and he said the ring would go out that day (Nov. 11) and I would get it the next day via Fedex.

The ring never showed up, they will not pick up the phone, they will not answer emails, BUT they did charge my credit card for an amount completely different then the ring they supposedly were shipping.

They never answer their phone, they never respond to emails, and they do not ship the product. AVOID THIS COMPANY at any costs.
