Stay Away - bad business practices! Sell Items they don't have Niles

In March via Facebook, my husband ordered me a Personalized Claddagh ring in which he gave his cc information. He later received an e-mail that the ring would be back ordered until May.in the beginning of April we received a "collection" letter stating they are holding delivery of the ring until payment is received although on the Invoice portion it says - Total due $0.00. We then received a post card stating that the ring was backordered until August. Withinn 1 week of receiving the postcard received another "collection" letter stating payment was due. I contacted them and they said you shouldn't have gotten the letter your cc is on file and when ring is ready to ship we will run your cc. Today, 6/4 recieved another "collection" letter stating they have sent us 2 invoices and no payment has been made again the invoice showed Total due $0.00. Once again I called. This time i was informed that they ran the card and it was declined - Bogus. I asked "Maria" when will the ring be shipped she said hmm I don't know. OF course she didn't know because she had NO clue what was going on. I advised her to cancel our order and maybe she and her co-worker's need to get their stories straight before talking to customers. Ring cancelled and watching CC statement for any charges - DON'T trust them - waste of time and energy.
