Ripoff intolerable conditions under current Manager / President. Just visit the shelter and see for yourself

I am a former employee of The Humane Association of CNY. I terminated my employment October. I had intended to do everything possible with in my means to be an invaluable part of these homeless animals' lives for the long run, the pay did not matter.

For the past year I have stayed at the shelter just for the very fact I was afraid of how the animals were going to be cared for with out my help. I have strong doubts about the President / manager's abilities, judgment and authority.

Do to the intolerable conditions and inconsistent rules that change with out notice the humane has one of the biggest turn-around of employees I have ever seen. The over worked and inexperienced staff is left to manage the cleaning, vaccinations, grooming, transporting to veterinarians office, inventory, and general mental health of the animals at the shelter.

The President / manager removes herself from the day to day responsibilities of the shelter.in the 1 years I have been and employee I have only once seen the President / manager leave the front entrance of the shelter.

The President / manage has refused canines refuge at the shelter for being 5 or 6 years old. At this time a beagle by the name of MAX 6 years old, and a Treeing Walker Coonhound 1 year old has had their very lives threaten at the NO KILL SHELTER for the beagles age and the Walkers barking.

At this time October the shelter and its animals with in, under the current manager / president have ringworm, coccidea and upper respiratory infection. Just visit the shelter and see for yourself. BEWARE
It will not be pleasant.
