Mr. Salatin travels all over talking about humane treatment of his farm animals. Well many of his animals live in dusty, muddy lots, just like those in the feedlots he decries as evil. Don't be fooled, his meat is a rip off, and his animals have it no better, or even worse than the average farm animal. Sure, when you visit, you see what they want you to see, but behind the scenes it is a different story.
