Oken purse strap

Miscellaneous

In July I purchased a brown leather shoulder strap purse which retailed for $32.99, and is still in the store and available at that price.

Although the purse is in excellent condition in every other respect, the strap pulled out at the seam where it is supposed to be securely sewn in to the body of the purse. Although the local Target employees that I spoke with were very courteous in reviewing the 90 day policy, which I do understand, I believe that this is the result of a production flaw and would like a refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt as I had planned on keeping the purse. Repairing the strap at a luggage repair shop was going to be time consuming and costly. Thank you for reviewing my complaint.
