I bought a coach purse from the coach outlet online and when i recieved it the strap was torn i tried to contact them because thier online site claimed if id was unsatisfied they would return thier product within 30 days. Since thier address was not provided i had to email them with my complaint. I recieved a email back in 24 hrs. Claiming that thier was no way that it was possiable that id recieved a torn purse that all thier products carefully checked over. And to have a great day... This was not a coach purse i own a coach purse i couldnt imigine the purse strap breaking or if this would accure i know that the company would stand behind thier product and honor it. I believe this company should be checked into and any one looking for a coach purse a real durable coach go to coach factory. Yea you will pay a little more but its worth it. Dont buy from coachoutlet you get just a cheap purse with some c printed on it thier cheap looking and not durable at all. And this company doesnt provide you with a address or phone number to contact them only a email which takes 24 hrs. To hear back from them and they dont honor thier return policy at all. I learn a big leason if its to good to be it is to good to be true
