I purchased a beautiful Volcum handbag recently while on vacation in Ontario, Canada. I loved the design, colour (a bold orange) and the suple leather. However the latch never stays done up and the strap has become unfasten several times while simply walking down the street dropping the purse to the ground. I have to walk with the purse folded up under my arm which is a shame because it is a great purse. I paid close to 80.00 dollars for this piece of crap. Are there any solutions to fix this fall apart purse. Your attention to my situation would be greatly appreciated.
