? - Requesting a check

Have paypal account and I request checks instead of linking my checking account. They give you a limit you can request each month in checks. Well they are suppose to reset your limit each month but for some reason they say it's a technical problem and can not reset it at this time. Bad customer service, even after I ask to send me a check through customer service said they couldn't I would need to link another credit card to up my limit to requset a check. Bad customer service and technical department
