Autobahn sells cars that hold up for a day worst customer service in history

I went to the lot because they had a volvo s40 for sale and it was in my price range. At first everything with them was fine until i took the car the following day to the shop to find out what is exactly wrong with it... Come to find out it is the transmission now if i had money for a transmission it would be fine i paid 3175.00 cash for this car. Even though it is as is you would think they would say well the car is as-is with the transmission going out... BUt i thought wrong. Icalled the car lot to inform them of what was exactly wrong with the car. First one of the men said well you bought it as-is you shouldve known. (no I am a woman im not a mechanic) I feel that you are a car lot and you should be up front. He gave me all attitude and hung up on me so then i had to get a man to go down there and see whats going on. Then another sales man stated that he didn't know what was wrong witht the car and that he didnt think it was the transmission more so for a sensory Im like No thats not the problem. He then began to tell the guy i was with what cars were on the lot that were actually worth something. Lmind you they have about 15 cars if that and out of the 15 there is a 00 sable and a passat he said are good. I was highly pissed because if you wouldve been up front and i wouldnt of purchased that car. Then he said i could trade out but he wanted more money. Which to me is not far at all. So now Im stuck with this piece of crap car! I can only hope and pray that carmax gives me atleast the money that i paod for the car and start my hunt over. I am a single mother of 2 and also a fulltime student and not working. I dont have time to try to ofind a car over and over again. Its just a huge mess I really wish that I wouldve never stepped foot on the lot and I will be sueing them! Asap! This is so unacceptable! Poor customer service from one of the fake men in there!!!
