Manager Refused to Check Gift Card Balance and Was Rude

Today I visited a McDonalds with my family de manager in duty his name is Miguel take my order in the first window I tried to pay with my arch card and he said didn't have any money in the card I said I need my balance and he said very upset is not my problem you have to pay me because didn't have any money I said please you can check my balance because I have my receipt with me the card had 25 dollars. But he was very unprofessional and rude and he didn't do it. I visited another McDonald never and ever I received rude service I feel very bad because he talked to me really strong please I don't feel good another person received this kind of service talk to the manager fix this problem because I won't never go back to this mcdonald
