Let's put these thieves out of business. They have been ripping off renters for years and getting away with it by making up bogus charges. Renters be ware these folks at commercial investment properties are seasoned con artist and lower than whale shit at the bottom of the ocean... Do not rent from them if you expect your damage deposit back when you move out...
