Sprint Nextel Employee - WORKING FOR SPRINT

Working for Sprint is truly hell!!! But what can one do in a recession laden era? Unfortunately I have to grin and bear it, until I can find something else - but it is not looking good. Cust service sucks because every way we try to help a customer ie courtesy credits or phone swaps - we get penalized. Besides they no longer pay overtime so most of the time we end of working for free - which is against the law but why would Sprint care? If you work for Sprint you have no personal life. When you are off you are on call, still have to attend mandatory meetings and receive harassing phone calls. Also the level of abuse our managers give us is ridiculous. We get cursed out and screamed out on the clock or not. Now is there any wonder why the cust service is so bad. And mind you we do all this for just a little over $10 bucks! When will it end?
