Service sucks

One of the WORST EXPERIENCES of my life yesterdeay! It must have been my stylists 1st day and I'm positive she got her degree ONLINE with no "hands on" experience. MY COLOR was the absolute worst and the cut was the 2nd alrul thing! SHE TRIED to repair the color which (guess what) didn't work. A normal "all over color" and cut (short hair) WAS A 4 HR NIGHTMARE! I refused to pay but they MADE ME PAY FOR THE CUT! I told them I was leaving there and going to WALMART where a CASHIER would be able to cut it better than they did. I threw $24.00 on the counter and told them to call the Police if they wanted to or to just "STICK IT where the sun don't shine" THe manager was an IDIOT and a complete JOKE!
