Sprent $150 at your Ulta, Homestead, PA for a cut, style and color - came out looking like Billy Idol - totally embarrased and ridiculed by family and co-workers - called Jen, Manager and told they would not do any refund because that is not their policy - could not recolor without charge because put a darker color on. This whole store is a joke - employees always rude and snotty - never helpful do not shop here totally bad experience. I am sorry I did not take a picture of this mess!!!
