Very bad service for a high price

We sent documents using her service and she mentioned that the courier will be DHL. The documents are to be sent to the Philippines. And the contents are time sensitive. The transaction occured April 29 at 11:39am. The amount was $46.28. The sales lady / owner mentioned that it will be shipped the following day April 30, since it was past pick up time of 12pm. We track the package/documents using the DHL website and the shipped date was today. I feel ripped off by this lady, since I am expecting that the documents would arrive in tomorrow. I wish i can get justice from this situation.
