Failing to pick up documents

Fed-ex comes to our business every day to pick up our outgoing Fed-ex letters, envelopes and etc.
On Oct. 30th they did not come to pick up our fed-ex deliveries and we had documents and etc. That needed to go out. I would like to know why our documents were not picked up.
