Terrible tax service - tax prep

The tax service that was performed by this company was terrible. They held on to my tax documents for over a month and they gave me nothing but excuses every time I called to inquire about the status of my tax return. And yet, they still charged me full price, even though they made me wait well over six weeks for them to finally complete the preparation of my taxes. And that's because I had to constantly call their office. I should have taken back my documents back after the fourth week. I feel like I was taken advantage of as the high amount of the service fee that they charged me was very inconsistent with the services that were rendered! Due to the delay, I still have yet to receive my tax refund. I will definetly not recommend the services of this company to
my co-workers or anyone else!
