Worst customer Service

I had previously gone for my emission test and they offered me a free oil change. Everybody likes free oil change, right?!! So they gave an appointment at 515pm at the Cromwell, CT center. As per the appointment I dropped off my car at 515pm. They asked me to come back after an hour.

When I came back, I saw my car parked in the same spot. They had not taken my car in yet. And at 644PM, they said that they would need another 30 mins.

Its weird that for a simple oil change I had to wait for more than an hour.

I was pissed off at this and asked for my car keys. On this they just slammed the keys in my hand and did not even apologize.

I would never recommend anyone to use their services for anything.
Worse customer service ever!!!
