Don't do it!

I have had direct tv for a year now and from the very beginning, I have had issues. The customer service is not helpful at all once you become a customer. When i first called to set up the service the wait time was maybe a minute, now that I am a customer I am sitting on hold right now and it has been 43:40m (m: s)! How's that for customer service! I have been re-directed 3 times and still have not gotten help! I recieved and out-dated HD-DVR box that gives me numerous problems. I'm calling now to have them replace the box and no one will help me. My "contract" ends in 1 year, better believe I'm dropping them!

Take my advice! Run!!! Do not get direct tv! I have heard nothing but bad things and i have experienced nothing but bad things! Charter was sooo much easier to deal with and I didnt have half the problems i do with D-TV...
