After monitoring my bill/kw usage/they stole 1200kw/mth

After i have monitored the last 3 months, by actually reading my meter, and documenting my daily usage, at 60-65 kw day, in winter, i have caught red handed, these theives estimateing my bill 1200 kw higher, and charging me. I am interviewing attornies this week!!!
