Rip-off! Poor quality!

On September 29, I ordered an Extang tonneau cover for my pickup. When I received the cover, I installed it right away. It did not fit correctly, nor was the quality to my satisfaction.

I immediately took the cover off and repackaged it in perfect condition, and then e-mailed customer no-service. I was told I should call Extang and verify that I had the correct part number, etc. I did that. All was correct.

I recontacted customer no-service. They sent me an authorization number and form to fill out. I did the form and shipped the cover back, via UPS.

They received the cover on October 21. I told them I would gladly purchase another brand of cover from them. A customer representative, "Pat" said he would take care of it.

They haven't taken care of anything after numerous attemps to contact them. You can't contact them by phone. (Unless you wanted to buy something).

In the end they have the money, I have suat! Their web page advertises "No Hassell Returns". Does that spell RIP-OFF?
