Rip Off / False Advertising

The sign by the road said "Save 10 cents a gallon when paying with CASH or Texaco credit card." I paid with cash and did not get a discount. Gas was $2.69 a gallon & that is what I paid. I gave them a $50.00 dollar bill while I filled my tank & no discount showed up on the pump, & they refused my request for my money when I finished. I bought 17.042 gal of gas, so they should have refunded me $1.70. Everyone was paying the same price for gas regardless of how they paid.
