Deceiving gas prices

The large sign indicated a regular gas price of 251.9 per gallon. After fueling, I notice the pump price was 255.9 per gallon. Also, a sign on the pump said if you are a citco credit card customer, you must pay inside to get the cash discount. Nothing on the large indicating a difference if you pay in cash. Very deceiving. Also, there are three names for the company, Citco, on the sign out front, superway 4 (on the receipt), and Y & R inc. (also, on the receipt. Most folks that buy gas there are cheated out of 4 cents per gallon.
