Company gives conflicting info than manufacure

Purchased dehumidifier from them. Called with questions/problems. The specifications they gave are in contrast to manufacturers. Arrogant/argumentative customer service. I'm now stuck in the middle with a dehumidifier that does not work properly. Hardship to waste $250 in these times.
