CHRISTA at Customer Service dept, is very rude and not helpful at all, she has a nasty tone of voice, wont answer questions, she just hangs up at the end of the call, she doesnt say thank you, WHEN U ASK A QUESTION SHE ACTS LIKE YOUR BOTHERING HER
