Internet cash machine
They take out $40 in my account

I new i had my in my account so i went to buy a diaper for my little girl when i swipe it says denied, so i went to check my account online thats when i realize a $40 transaction that i did not authorize. I call my bank and they told me to file a claim and cancell my card and they will send me a new one thats the only thing they could do. All these complains about this company is there anybody who can sue them? How many more people will have to get hurt before anybody can do something?
