I have had several people i personally know that closed their accounts. I have had my account a long time and don't want to do this but the way they hold my paycheck [ direct deposit}, say that is available then charged me massive overdraft fees is crazy, this is some new thing that has started. Also the customer service person said they always pay largest first, when i said i know so you can charge 37.50 for transactions that all total 100.00, that would make sense. Do not bank here unless you have plenty of money.
