USBank Charged overdraft fees 8 times when money was in my account!

We deposited $200.00 CASH into our bank account. Not telling us they held $100.00 of that then charged us Overdraft fees 7 times in one day. Even though money was in the bank and we didn't have a negative balance until the 6th charge. My paycheck was then deposited and the next day they charged yet another overdraft fee again when my account had a positive balance. We called them and they basically said that they could do this because they held the $100.00 which caused some of our transactions to go past our limit.
