Took 1800.00 from us to save my house from foreclosure/Foreclosed on April 6

Miscellaneous

This company took 1800.00 dollars from us and said they would keep us from going into foreclosure. They advised us to stop making payments because this would enable us to get a modification. The company did manage to postpone the first sale but 30 agonizing days later..
Ms. Janette Rubino advised us the day before the second foreclosure date that the attorney and bank refused to speak to her anymore. We offered to make up the past due amount on the house the morning of the sale but to no avail. I lost the only house my children have ever known and property that had belonged to my family for 150 years.
I know these people do not care at all about my children and I or my house and property.in filing this complaint I hope no one else trusts this company or listens to their lies, please do not give them any money, pay on your house and deal with the bank or government program.
It has taken me a week just to stop crying and be able to file this complaint. We faxed and mailed tons of paperwork everything they asked for only to have the house sold on the court house steps. My father is elderly and he took this very very hard, shit I'm 48 and don't know if I will ever get over losing the house.
I managed to pay for my house through unemployment, disability, divorce and Start Positive aided me in losing the property and house... Again do not trust them... You would think they might offer a refund, they have NOT even called since the sale. Nice folks aren't they?
