Care Credit/GEMB
Pulled my credit report two times when all I wanted was to know why my card couldn't be used. I want inquires removed

Shops, Products, Services

I called Care Credit to see why I couldn't use my card at an establishment, the establishment advertisement said they accepted them. I asked why my card couldn't be used and they pulled my credit report, we were disconnected and I called back and they pulled a second report. We had talked about the cost of the item and they put me on hold and came back and said they had increased my credit limit and in the same breath they said that the Care Credit card I had was for medical only. They should have checked the type of card I had against the establishment before they did anything. The only thing I ask is to have the two inquiries removed from my credit report. I have already written them and all they did was tell me to fill out the paperwork again and they would review it. I shouldn't have to keep filling out paperwork for their mistake. Please remove the July inquiries.

Thank you
