Why did I pay for rush delivery

Dear Magic Jack, I paid 3.95 extra for my magic jack and it hasnt got here yet. Just wondering why you have me pay extra for it to get here in seven days when it says 3 to 5 days. I am really pissed off and I am thinking of canceling my order before it even gets here. If I thought it would do any good to swear at you people I would do so but I dont think it would get through your thick skulls. If it doesnt arive tomorrow I will cancel and tell every one that I know how you people are charging for rush delivery when it will take 7 days to get there anyway. I would like a refund of my 3.95 but I highly doubt that you will give it to me.
