Ford Explorer A/C - explore

I am signed up on Edmunds.com forums, and a person who owns a 2005 Ford Explorer is having air conditioner trouble. At higher speeds when he backs off the gas, the a/c air flow switches from the dash vents to the defrost vents. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem. I will post your suggestions on the forum for him. Thanks. Don.
