Store closed/No Refunds

I bought a pair of expensive boots for my daughter's birthday on March 19th. Two weeks later I returned to exchange them because they were too small. The store had closed down with no warning. I have tried several times to contact them, by calling, sending emails etc. No reply. It would have been nice to have known they were closing down. I would not have bought the boots in the first place.
