I ordered a pair of "authentic" ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas, only to be sent boots that could have looked better from Payless! The packing slip had NO contact information on it and I e-mailed the company several times and got no reply. Frustrated to be out the $ for the boots and ended up buying her boots from dillards and they are the real thing now! Guess it didn't save me any money
