Not a bad ad for CareerBuilder.com.
Does really explain value of the brand or the site but it is a laugh and good for this kind of TV event.
Help build awareness but you cant help but wonder if they took the 3 million dollars and invested in a state of the art customer service department if that might be a real differentiater for the company.
