Bank of america protection plan, csi the king of deceptive and questionable business practices lives on with the latest scam, payment protection services

When i refinanced my home with b of a i thought i was doing the "smart" thing. Due to the fact that i work out of state quite a bit and out of town constantly, i had all of my insurances and property taxes impounded in the loan payment, and the loan payment withdrawn from my checking account automatically every two weeks. All this is totally controlled by b of a. To further "idiot"proof" this loan i took out "payment protection on the mortgage as well as on my bofa credit card. At this point i felt yhat i had covered all of the bases{all of this has been in place since nov}on 12/31/05 my guest house, garage, and property were severely damaged by flood. I called my insurance agent only to find out bofa had neglected to pay the flood policy premium, so there was no coverage.
I immediately started calling bofa... After only a few hundred phone calls to 12 different departmentsof b of a they finally admitted that they were responsible for the damages {less deductibles of course} and on feb 22nd, a short 53 days after the flood, out ofc the goodness of their hearts, sent an adjuster out to inspect the damage.{at this point i had already spent thousands on emergency dryers and debri removal}to make a long story short, i got the dirty end of the stick. Since this incident you would think bofa would never forget a paymentagain... You would be wrong, every year since the flood in they have paid late, with the exeption of this year they paid on time!
Well 1 time out of 6 isn't so bad is it? Which brings us to the next drama, payment protection insurance. After being unemployed for a period of 30 days i applied for the unemployment benefits afforded under these policies, at this point i have paid in over $7000.00, afterfilling out endless forms, faxing copies of paystubs, unemployment forms, and spending hours on the phone, ijust started receiving the benefits on the credit card insurance. To date i have received nothing on the mortgage insurance and continue faxing and being on the phone for hours each day. Every timei get them the documentation they requisted, they seem to find another reason that they need more. Who do you think runs, owns and makes the rules for this insurance company?... That's right! Bofa! Wwhat's wrong with this picture, someone... Help! These are only a few of the incidences, that i have been subjected to, there are others, and i have all the documentation to prove it! Thanks
