Bank of American has positioned flood insurance on my mortgage loan, after I curently have flood insurance thru Producers. For that previous 24 months BAC included flood insurance to my escrow account. I've supplied them with copies of my flood insurance, and my broker has named them to verify that I've the right protection for my region. They declare to not have included the protection but my escrow declaration and mortgage bills reflect the inclusion. Who are able to I visit to be able to have this problem solved?
