We are residents of Robson Ranch and planned to build a larger home to accommodate my 87 year old mother. We paid the non-refundable deposit of 32,250 then my mother became increasingly worse and we had to place her in a nursing home. We could not afford to continue to build as we were going to use some of her funds and income to pay for New home. No ground was broken or hardship placed on the developer. We know of others with similar circumstances that were refunded their monies. We asked for ours numerous times without receiving one dime. We offered to pay a portion to the developer as sign of good will. We have never received one cent or any correspondence from the developer. We were just told to build or lose our money. While this developer my be legally protected, we think people should know of what we consider to be unscrupulous actions. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
